TW Tennis Winter Venues

Both of our park sites at Carlisle Park and Kneller Gardens are available for coaching throughout the year. During the colder months from Mid-Sep to April when the light is fading faster, we transfer our program to facilities nearby at Hampton High School and Whitton Sports Centre. These sites are well maintained sites and we work closely with Richmond Council to make block bookings and ensure our players can continue their interest in playing throughout the winter.

Hampton High School,

Hanworth Road, TW12 3HB

Hampton High School offers players 3 tarmac hard courts and very good lighting for winter play. The courts are available for coaching in our adult classes from 7-8pm during the week and for our squad players after school.


The courts are also available for ad hoc bookings for private lessons during the weekday evenings and at weekends.

Whitton Sports Centre,

Percy Road, TW2 6JW

Whitton Sports Centre is part of the Twickenham Academy School and is located just off Percy Road and only a short drive from Kneller Gardens. The site features 3 well lit tarmac courts and a new gym and sports hall. There is free parking on site for players to use.


Whitton Sports Centre will be offering adult evening classes for our Twickenham players as well as being used for evening private lessons.
